The following is a list of our basic healthcare services along with the fee we charge for each listed service.
To schedule an appointment

or complete our online request form located on our CONTACT page. The client and pet registration forms are on the located on the subsequent pages. Please fill out the client forms and hit submit and we will have you sign the client registration form at the time of the visit. Whether you call or email, we will try to contact you by the end of the next business day to schedule a convenient date and time for your pet’s appointment.
Payment for services
is due at the time of the appointment. We accept Cash, Checks, and Visa/MasterCard. Local bank checks will be accepted if the check number is higher than 500 and the correct address is on the check. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks.

The trip charge varies based on both distance from the intersection of Hwy 42 and Interstate 40 and on the payment method. Trip charges range from $55 to $65. If you pay by cash or check you get $10 discount off your trip charge. If you are farther away than 20 miles driving distance from the intersection of 40/42 there will an additional mileage charge of $2 per mile, or we will try to recommend another house call veterinarian that may serve your location.

Referral reports, phone or email consultations

range from $30 - $40 depending on the vaccination. Vaccines are not recommended every year for all pets; we tailor your pets' vaccine needs based on the risk factors, age and lifestyle. Some pets may need vaccines yearly; some pets may only need vaccines every 3 years.

In certain situations medications may be personally delivered or shipped from the distributor to your home. The charge for us to ship or make a home delivery ranges from $5-$25 depending on the item, where you live, and how it is being delivered and how payment is being made. Payment is expected either at the time of delivery if client is home and we are personally delivering items or, if the item is dropped off while no one is home, within one week of the order date. Prescription items shipped will have an invoice emailed or mailed and payment is expected within one week of delivery.
Heartworm tests are $39 and fecal exams are $38
Discount surgeries are referred.
